It has been 2 months since my last post, we are officially moved in and have 95% of our boxes unpacked. Oklahoma has been a swirl of storms and boxes for us Sniders since we arrived. But it has also been good for us also.
Little Mr. finished his 1st grade year and the teachers/aids that helped him say he is mildly behind but nothing some extra help can’t fix. The doctors on his medical team are wonderful so far and are doing ao many things to get his ABA and medication management set back up. And to top all this off he has a handful of friends that knock on the door if they haven’t seen him outside yet.
Mr.Snider is a busy man with settling into his new position and going to classes to certify for the stuff he needs to do his new job. He seems to like what he is doing now. He also sent into his paperwork for review in hopes to get promoted to the next rank soon.
I am still doing what I do for my health. I have a great new team of medical professionals working to help me figure out why things are happening the way they are health wise. And I am plucking away ridding our new home of cardboard one box at a time.
Now that summer is here for LittleMr. I hope to travel and see some of our army family members who moved out to this part of the country as well as working with him on his reading and writing skills. As a family we are planning to read a lot this summer and to hopefully see one or two local things that we can’t experience as easily once we leave here.
How are things for you and what are your summer plans.
